Frequently asked questions

The 20% annual online commission — how long does it apply?

It applies for every academic year in which the student keeps an active enrollment and pays their tuition. If the student pauses or withdraws, the commission is suspended for that period.

Do online programs have the same accreditation as on-campus programs?

Yes. TRACS accreditation and SEVP authorization cover both Reformed University's on-campus and online programs.

How is the commission paid if the student is in Colombia?

The payment process is defined in the agent agreement. The details of international transfer, currency, and timelines are agreed upon during the orientation session.
